Job Description - As an Associate Director - Strategic Global Programs, the person will be leading enterprise-wide strategic programs.

This role will directly report to Vice President and Head of Transformation

Client Details:

Description:

The key responsibilities include, but is not limited to the following-

- Designing, leading, and executing enterprise-wide, and cross-functional global strategic programs to deliver significant and measurable improvement in user experience through systems and process simplification.


- Lead globally distributed program team and manage programs activities including but not limited to scope, financials (e.g., business case, budget), resourcing, time-line and tollgates and risks.

- Closely work with leaders across global functions (such as IT, HR, Finance, and Procurement) and apply data-driven approach to identify and prioritise strategic programs and make recommendations to executive leadership team to enable decision making.


- Apply Human Centered Design principles to deliver significant improvement in enterprise-wide user experience and make systems and processes easier to use


Profile:

- MBA from Tier-1 B-Schools only with budgeting and forecasting, commercial and financial acumen.


- 12-18 years of experience in leading global business transformation programs preferably in global strategy/ operations consulting firms or internal consulting teams of large MNCs

- Proven ability to run large-scale, high-profile business transformation programs resulting in improved systems, processes, and user experience with program budget of at least $1M.


- Significant customer and user experience focus with high level of empathy; proven track record in applying Human Centered Design principles in significantly improving user experience


- Significant experience in driving change globally in a matrix-ed environment


- Demonstrated mastery of Program Management competency principles and practices and experience in AGILE and Lean process re-engineering techniques strongly preferred
