The key responsibilities include, but is not limited to the following:
1. Designing, leading, and executing enterprise-wide, and cross-functional global strategic programs to deliver significant and measurable improvement in user experience through systems and process simplification.
2. Lead globally distributed program team and manage programs activities including but not limited to scope, financials (e.g., business case, budget), resourcing, time-line and tollgates and risks.
3. Closely work with leaders across global functions (such as IT, HR, Finance, and Procurement) and apply data-driven approach to identify and prioritize strategic programs and make recommendations to executive leadership team to enable decision making.
4. Apply Human Centered Design principles to deliver significant improvement in enterprise-wide user experience and make systems and processes easier to use
Ideal Candidate:
1. MBA from Tier-1 B-Schools only with budgeting and forecasting, commercial and financial acumen.
2. 12-18 years of experience in leading global business transformation programs preferably in global strategy/operations consulting firms or internal consulting teams of large MNCs
3. Proven ability to run large-scale, high-profile business transformation programs resulting in improved systems, processes, and user experience with program budget of at least $1M.
4. Significant customer and user experience focus with high level of empathy; proven track record in applying Human Centered Design principles in significantly improving user experience
5. Significant experience in driving change globally in a matrixed environment
6. Demonstrated mastery of Program Management competency principles and practices and experience in AGILE and Lean process re-engineering techniques strongly preferred
