Role :
- Provide consulting and investigative services for attorneys and corporate management on a variety of matters including all types of fraud investigations, with specific focus on the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act ("FCPA"), Anti-bribery and Corruption ("ABC") and various other regulatory matters, earnings management, accounting irregularities, major disaster recovery, integrity monitoring, business disputes, contract compliance, pharmaceutical co-promote contracts, loan reviews, royalty audits, US government contracts and other related issues.
- Exp in conducting large-scale global investigations involving alleged instances of FCPA/UK Bribery Act violations, financial reporting fraud, asset misappropriation and other misconduct.
- Will work alongside clients' external legal counsel and often in connection with SEC and DOJ enforcement actions.
- Exp in managing global fraud risk assessments and assisting companies in strengthening their compliance and monitoring functions
- Should have managed global cross-border teams to assist clients with investigative matters, risk assessments, contract reviews and various other global compliance matters
- Will be responsible for large investigative corporate intelligence and third party due diligence projects, responsive to a range of business and regulatory drivers such as anti-bribery and corruption (e.g. FCPA), anti-money laundering (AML), M&A, and fraud and misconduct and emerging market risks
- To develop forensic tools & methodologies
- Conduct integrity due diligence on third party intermediaries (business partners/agents, vendors) globally.
- Supervision of deep desktop research of premium data sources (Lexis, Factiva, World-Check, etc.)
- Pre acquisition due diligence and business risk assessments, as part of clients- overall third party management programs
