Associate Director/Director - Finance - CA/IIM/ISB/FMS/MDI

Location: Delhi (Corporate Office)

External Stakeholders: Vendors, Investors

Internal Stakeholders: Finance Team, sales team

Reports To: Co-founder

Compensation: 50-70 LPA CTC. Benefits will be additional. Will be discussed at the time of interview.

Education Background: CA/ MBA (finance)from tier 1 colleges

Experience: 10-14 years of experience in business finance. At Least 5 years at similar level.

Key Responsibilities:

- Financial Strategy and Planning: Leads all financial planning and analysis (FP&A), including forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow management to support the company's growth objectives. Manages a growing finance department. Develop strategies to increase return on investment and profitability.

- Budgeting and forecasting: Heading the budgeting and forecast operations. Continuous monitoring of financial performance. Suggesting corrective measures. MIS reporting, annual financial reports, various analysis and KPI management. Presenting to the internal and external stakeholders.

- Risk Management : Identify financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. De risking the business plan to reduce dependency. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.

- Internal Control framework - define internal controls for the finance discipline, lead various projects such as vendor due diligence. Implement processes and controls within the company. Suggest and implement system integration to automate process flows

- Working Capital Management - Derive strategies to reduce overall working capital requirement of the company. Guiding principles for accounts payables and receivables.

- Costing and pricing strategy - Work with the entire supply chain to reduce unit level costing and deciding pricing and discount strategy based on different channel commissions and discounting. Have deep understanding of online and offline channel structures in the FMCG environment

- Have strong knowledge of omni channel Distribution - know-how of General Trade and modern trade to derive growth and profitability.

- General Accounting: Day to day finance operations. Manage budget and cash flows. Heading the general accounting procedures and guiding the team as per the company objectives. Be a crucial part of audit procedures and compliance.
