Job Description: Associate Director/Director - IT Sales, Enterprise Sales

Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Associate Director of Enterprise Sales to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving the sales strategy, managing key accounts, and aligning our ERP, HRMS, and SaaS products with clients' business needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise sales, a deep understanding of software products, and the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets for ERP, HRMS, and SaaS products.
- Client Management: Manage and grow relationships with key enterprise clients, ensuring alignment of solutions with their business needs and technical specifications.
- Solution Selling: Work closely with clients to understand their business challenges and propose tailored solutions that leverage our software products.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and market opportunities to inform sales strategies.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and customer support, to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and customer satisfaction.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT sales, enterprise sales, with a proven track record of success in selling ERP, HRMS, and SaaS products.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of enterprise software solutions and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Travel: Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
