Associate Director / Director (Digital Consulting)

CTC- upto 50 lacs + variable

Qualifications and Experience :

- MBA from Tier 1 or Tier 2 Institutes only

- 12 - 16 years of Management Consulting on large-scale/disruptive digital transformation in the Financial Services domain in and outside India

This is a business assignment involving :

- Developing the practice including business development, client management, project delivery, interaction with experts, P&L Management and revenue growth.

Sound knowledge and passion for emerging technologies such as : 

- Innovative payment systems

- Machine Learning

- Artificial Intelligence

- Blockchain

- Robotics etc

- Proficiency in strategizing and implementing customised, client-focused, differentiated solutions for growing the business.

- Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills at levels of the organization.
