The Client is an established leading Fintech startup with over 2000 employees spread across the country

Role- Associate Director/ Director- Collections Strategy

- Develop strategy and action plans for all activities related to collection, Auctions and recovery and overdue / NPA loans and oversee execution while maintaining reporting and monitoring systems

- Program manage entire recovery process, working cross-functionally with with CS, BO, Lender partner and banks

- Create SOPs and drive new strategies where required

- Identify, empanel, train & retain desired 3PT at National / regional levels for supporting complementary collection

- Provide technical advice & expertise on debt collection procedures to management

- Work with cross-functional teams - minimize litigations, resolve disputes, contest matters

Persona :

- Must have spent Min 10 + years working in a commercial debt recovery environment with an in-house collection team of banks / NBFC
