About the client: A prominent and rapidly expanding Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) consumer brand.

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

- As the Chief of Staff in the Founder's Office, you will play a critical role in driving strategic initiatives focused on revenue growth and operational excellence. We are seeking candidates with a strong background in Strategy, Revenue, and Growth, ideally with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience preferably from D2C background.

Responsibilities:

- Partner closely with the Founder to develop and execute strategic initiatives that drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.

- Lead cross-functional projects to align business operations with strategic goals and priorities.

- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks.

- Manage special projects and strategic initiatives on behalf of the Founder, ensuring timely execution and high-quality deliverables.

- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and refine business strategies that enhance market position and profitability.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization to optimize processes and enhance performance metrics.

Qualification and Experience:

- Proven track record of 5+ years in strategic roles, with a focus on revenue generation and business growth.

- Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking ability, with experience in translating strategic vision into actionable plans.

- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth through innovative strategies and market insights.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.

- Experience in D2C companies, with a deep understanding of digital marketing, sales optimization, and customer acquisition strategies.

- Master's degree in Business Administration, or a related field;
