Associate Director/Director - Capital Projects & Consulting - Big4

Hiring for Big 4.

Location - Gurgaon, India

Must have an experience of 10 - 15 years in Capital Projects and Consulting.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Should have the capability to lead teams and develop capabilities within the team as per business requirements

- Execute engagements on Project management advisory services in multiple domains (project planning, tracking, monitoring & reporting, budgeting & cost control, project processes & systems, project reviews & assessments, contracting support & contract management ) and ensuring service quality.

- Project Management functional knowledge and practical experiences in managing large infra/ industrial and real estate projects

- Sound technical knowledge and domain expertise; can include experience in different facts of Project management for Infrastructure and/or Industrial projects (Roads, Urban Infrastructure, Hotels, Hospitals, Buildings, Railways, Civil Aviation, Ports/ Waterways, Power generation & transmission, mining, steel, aluminium, petroleum, real estate developments etc.) including Planning, monitoring & reporting / or, Construction, quality, EHS & Commissioning /or, Procurement, Contracting & Contract Management/ Project reviews and fraud analysis.

- Experience in using Microsoft Excel, Power point, Primavera / MSP, Autocad and other emerging trends in the field of capital projects.

Education :

Essential:

B.E./ B. Tech in Civil/ Mechanical/ Electrical

Working knowledge of Autocad, MS office applications ( Excel, Powerpoint, Word ) and Project Management software (Primavera, MS Project etc.)

PMP or Prince2 Certified

- Willingness to travel
