Associate Director/Director - Business Development & Strategic Accounts
Our client is a fast-growing Private Equity funded deep tech AI startup.
Job Responsibilities :
- Maintain and expand relationships strategically with potential large global accounts. Work closely with the Sales Head on preparing expansion plans.
- Suggest solutions and innovative ideas to meet client needs, monitor the key metrics on performances
- Identify and approach new potential strategic customers, act as the liaison between key customers and internal teams. Manage the key accounts portfolio.
- Achieve assigned strategic account objectives, establish strong, long-term client relationships
- Responsible for achieving sales quota and is assigned strategic account objectives
Desired Candidate Profile :
- MBA / BE / BTech from a top tier institute
- Customer development in Enterprise Technology sector
- The ability to interact with senior executives, functional leaders, and operational team members.
- The ability to set individual priorities and to work independently as required
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively across the team.
- The ability to run concurrently with multiple projects and activities and to handle pressure and deadlines
