Associate Director - Direct Sales - Luxury Real Estate Developer

We have an opening with our client established in 2002 as a luxury real estate developer providing unrivaled living experiences in Dubai, UAE. The Company has grown to become one of the foremost luxury developers with projects spanning the GCC, the wider Middle East and the United Kingdom.

They now develop multi-million square-foot golf course communities, high-end and high-rise private apartment towers, 'limited edition' living experiences with global brands such as Versace, Fendi and Bugatti, as well as operating and managing serviced hotel apartments and fully-fledged five star hotels in collaboration with Paramount Hotels & Resorts.

Role : Associate Director of Sales (Direct Sales)

Work location- Dubai

Current location - India or any

Nationality - Any, India preferred

- Geo Exp - any nation & region

- Direct sales exp is must

- Flawless communication, excellent personality are another must.

- Direct sales exp is must where it includes 'push' and not 'pull'. (Examples of 'Push' sales are - real estate sales, insurance sales, selling financial products to HNIs. It requires creating a need in the mind of a customer)

- Example of "Pull' sales are general & car insurance, CASA sales in bank, credit cards, retail sales. Usually customers themselves need or come to buy such products & follow up is not usually needed.) Preferred industry background - any direct sales, timeshare, Life Insurance, real estate, wealth management. Non-preferred industries - General Insurance, Retail, eCommerce, credit cards
