1. Scale shopper acquisition for Hopscotch across digital platforms (paid, owned) across APP and Mweb/web /IOS as well manage cost of acquisition for new customers and cost of sales for repeat buyers.

2. Plan and run digital campaigns to drive acquisition, brand salience and social media visibility for the brand both with inhouse execution teams as well as external digital agencies.

3. Work with analytics teams to set up strong measurement capability and take decisions based on data.

4. Work with in-house brand and creative teams to optimize digital creatives, as well as ensure strong knowledge sharing mechanisms are set up for a digital first mindset.

Skills and Experiences:

Must Have:

- 4-6 years of experience post MBA from Tier 1 B school

- Top of the line digital marketing leader with relevant performance marketing experience in scaling up digital companies (E-Commerce / D2C Startups).

- Excellent planning skills to manage digital campaigns both in house and with external digital agencies

- Ability to lead a team, motivate and drive them and work with diverse, matrixed stakeholders across analytics, creative, brand and product teams to attain both scale and efficiency in acquisition

- Experience and ability to manage scale (strong knowledge of organized players (Facebook/Google etc.) and Affiliate platforms as well as experience to build fresh Acquisition sources by challenging the status quo and envisaging a spectrum of possibilities beyond plain vanilla optimization

- Analytical Skills: should be able to analyze the overall digital marketing performance and take ongoing calls /setup mechanisms to optimize, along with an experimenter mindset

- Technical Skills: hands on experience with performance marketing, Search Engine Marketing (SEM), - Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Social Media Marketing (SMM), Social Media Optimization (SMO), - App Store Optimization (ASO), - Google Analytics, Google AdWords, PPC, email/SMS/affiliate marketing, Display Advertising Campaigns, Maintaining social media presence,
