Key Result Areas (KRAs):

- Scale shopper acquisition across digital platforms (paid and owned) on mobile apps, mobile web, and iOS, while managing the cost of acquiring new customers and cost of sales for repeat buyers.

- Plan and execute digital campaigns to drive customer acquisition, brand awareness, and social media visibility, both through in-house teams and external digital agencies.

- Collaborate with analytics teams to establish robust measurement frameworks, enabling data-driven decision-making.

- Partner with in-house brand and creative teams to optimize digital creatives and ensure effective knowledge-sharing mechanisms to cultivate a digital-first mindset across the organization.

Skills and Experience Required:

Must Have:

- 4-6 years of experience post-MBA from a Tier 1 B-school.

- Strong background in digital marketing with significant experience in performance marketing for e-commerce or D2C startups.

- Proven ability to plan, manage, and execute digital campaigns, both in-house and with external agencies.

- Leadership capabilities to motivate and guide a team, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders across analytics, creative, brand, and product teams to drive both scale and efficiency in customer acquisition.

- Experience in managing large-scale digital campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Google, affiliate networks, and the ability to identify and develop new customer acquisition channels by challenging conventional strategies and exploring innovative possibilities.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate digital marketing performance, optimize campaigns, and implement continuous improvements.

- Technical proficiency in performance marketing tools and channels such as Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Social Media Marketing (SMM), App Store Optimization (ASO), Google Analytics, Google Ads, PPC, email/SMS/affiliate marketing, display advertising, and maintaining a social media presence.
