You are responsible:
Design lead at Customer experience for all non-order node & BU-facing charter & Assisted commerce. The person would be responsible for:
- Customer experience metrics viz. CTU, repeats and resolution time for the above journey node
- Consumer finance & Fintech becomes one of the key charters for the lead
- BU specific pain and working within JN owners (fwd/ rev) to solve for experience & CTU
- Assisted commerce across potential BUs making it self-sustainable and an independent revenue generating arm for
