Associate Director - Debt Syndication/Private Credit - Big4 - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS/CA

Urgent Opening : Big4 : Associate Director : Debt Syndication / Private Credit : Gurgaon.

- Building a healthy pipeline of opportunities and mandates in debt syndication for large and mid-size corporates looking at raising debt funding.

- Specialise in alternate sources like Private credit funds, NBFC, Structured debt, AIFs etc

- Project management and delivery of the transaction from origination to completion of debt transactions

- Analysing the financial and operational positioning of corporates to proactively suggest debt structuring options

- Coordinating pitch presentations to obtain new mandates

- Prepare and assist the clients in credit appraisal reports, financial modeling, term sheet preparation, loan documentation and liaising with lenders.

- Coordinating and managing the TEV, financial, tax, commercial and operational due diligence process in a transaction

- Keep abreast of new debt structures and related regulatory environment and analyse and envisage new / key industry trends

- Have a strong network with Banks, Investment banks, NBFC's, Financial Institutions, Credit funds, Companies at senior management / sponsor level, and generate leads and business opportunities.

- Working knowledge of debt and operational restructuring and any past experience will be useful.

Key skills:

- Chartered Accountant or MBA Finance from a Tier 1 institute

- Debt Financing and Syndication experience - understanding of credit, deal dynamics.

- Have worked on information memorandum, financial models, coordinating due diligence and credit appraisals, loan syndications, project finance, corporate restructuring

Experience

- Atleast 7-8 years of relevant post-qualification work experience.
