Associate Director - Cyber Security - IT Managed Services Firm

On behalf of our client, a leader in IT Managed Services, we are hiring for a Director Cyber Security for Bangalore-Bellandur location.

This role is part of the Cyber security practice of the organization and as Asst. Director - Solution Engineering - Cyber security; In this role, you will be defining and designing solutions for the customers in line with next-generation Cyber Security Solutions and Services. You will also work with OEM, Partners to define new solutions to address emerging threats. The role will require experience and background in cyber security, MSSP, Sales support and solutions design. Design Cyber Security Solutions across multiple verticals and horizontals. Ensure appropriate visibility, communication, and governance across key business partners and stakeholders.

The role will require working with multiple teams like Sales, Pre-Sales, Professional Services and Delivery to design integrated cyber security solutions in the area of

- SIEM / Security Analytics

- SOC 2.0

- MDR

- MSSP

- EDTR

- CASB & Cloud Security

- Security Operations

- Threat Monitoring

- Vulnerability Management

- SOAR platforms

Define reference architecture , High level designs and solutions template

Sales support , enablement and evangelism

Perform other duties and/or activities as assigned

SIEM - McAfee Nitro / QRadar/ ArchSight / Splunk

Firewall / UTMs - Cisco / Checkpoint

Qualification / Requirement:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent related field preferred, with a minimum of 13+ years of experience in Information Technology

Minimum of 10+ years of experience in Cyber Security

Minimum of 7 years of experience in Cyber Security Suctioning and Architecture

Exposure to defining solutions in

- Cloud Security

- MDR & EDTR

- MSSP / SIEM
