They are currently recruiting for a dynamic Associate Director of Direct Taxation with a specialisation in - Corporate, M&A and Direct taxation based in Hyderabad.

Job Description - Reporting into a partner, you will be managing a team of 15 people and would be responsible for:

- Review of opinions, given by the internal consultants/senior consultants should be up to the mark

- Ensure that all business verticals are adhering to all the best practices

- Advising and guiding the client on all matter with respect to direct taxation

- In addition, you would be responsible to lead and motivate a team of people based in Hyderabad.

The Successful Candidate - You are a Chartered Accountant with at least 13 to 20 years of post qualification experience with specialised exposure to Direct Taxation, Transfer Pricing and Corporate Taxation. You must have exceptional explore in a consulting background, either Big-4 or Non- Big-4 consulting.You will be a hands-on individual with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels. Exceptional communication skills are essential and you must be excellent on all technical areas.
