We have been mandated for a large global manufacturing company in the technology and engineering space. The incumbent will be responsible for smooth implementation of HR Policies, Systems and standards.
Position Title : Corporate HR
Location : Mumbai
Qualification : MBA or equivalent
Experience : 12-18 Years
Role Description :
- Ensuring strong business integration, ensuring smooth implementation of HR Policies, Systems and standards.
- Relevant functional experience in leading strategic HR initiatives - Transformation and Transitions, Organization Development and Change Behavior, Talent Management, Rewards and HR Operations.
- Lead and develop a culture that fosters employee engagement and accountability and ownership.
- Responsible for developing Key Performance Indicator's in coordination with Business Leaders and device incentive and yearly increment plans in alignment with the KPI's.
- Responsible for promoting a culture of continuous learning by identifying the training need, organizing training programmes in line with Company policy to ensure increase in productivity and overall operational efficiency.
- Performance Management System and rewards, and corrective step for improving performance by supporting Performance improvement plans
- Maintaining harmonious industrial relations among management and employees through efficient administration and resolution of employee's grievances.
- Promoting diversity and inclusion at workplace.
- Driving various change and continuous improvement initiatives.
