You will be reporting into the Head HR and as a Corporate HRBP your roles & responsibilities will be as follows:
Your roles & responsibilities will be as follows :
- Creating an HR strategy aligned with the business strategy
- Managing Manpower needs based on business plans and annual budget
- Designing HR practices and ensure implementation to achieve employee engagement, retention and productivity goals.
- Managing and creating the Talent management Process across all levels
- Analyze external trends, internal metrics to improve the efficacy and effectiveness of people processes
- Working closely with the business stakeholders on driving people agenda to increase productivity
Successful Candidate :
- You come with 12-15 years of experience in HR, with at least 1 corporate HRBP exposure
- You have strong experience in the Pharma Industry
- You have an MBA in HR
- You have a strong stakeholder management skills.
