Project Work
1. Lead the Outreach team to scale the organisations existing donor base of Corporates and Foundations, through mechanisms including but not limited to one-to-one meetings, communications campaigns, organisation and partner events, intermediary and personal networks.
2. Identify corporate prospects and conduct research to determine interest and giving potential.
3. Design, execute and innovate with the mechanisms to identify and build a pipeline of prospective donors and partners for the organisations.
4. Prepare regular reports on corporate programs
5. Leverage organisations cross-functional expertise to develop grant request proposals to secure funding commitments.
6. Cultivate strong relationships with donors to accelerate their philanthropic learning curve and secure philanthropic commitments by curating customized education opportunities such as giving circles, conferences on strategic philanthropy and experiential journeys into specific cause areas.
Leadership and Team Management
1. Lead and mentor the Outreach team to drive high-quality services and employee motivation.
2. Lead cross-functional teams - leveraging resources from across the organization to be able to deliver a high quality and impactful donor journey.
