Roles & Responsibilities (What you'll do):

Only Chartered Accountant to be considered :

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate the timely invoicing, collection and tracking other SLAs.

- Track periodic reports on accounts receivable aging, collection progress, and key performance indicators (KPIs) regular presentation to the leaders and bizfin stakeholders.

- Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes to meet established deadlines with complete review of journal entries, reconciliations, and other accounting tasks to ensure accuracy and completeness.

- Ensure compliance with relevant IFRS, SOX framework, and regulatory requirements related to accounts receivable processes on MP commission, advertisement revenue and other major e-commerce revenue streams.

- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the function to enhance efficiency and accuracy using RPA and other tech enablers.

- Implement best practices and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to optimize the team's performance.

- Preparation of various business MISs to give concise view of revenue and respective receivables of business units.

- Working closely with tech and product teams to enable new biz streams and impact analysis of same

- Lead, motivate, and supervise the team members with regular feedback, and conducting performance evaluations for the team.

- Identify training and development needs for team members and provide opportunities for skill enhancement.

Skills Required (What you'll need):

1. A qualified chartered accountant with 12+ years of post-qualification experience

2. The knowledge of applicable taxes & GST compliances on revenue & receivable

3. Excellent leadership and team management skills

4. Exceptional communicator and Lucid thinker

5. Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail.

6. Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.

7. Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

8. Preferred skills in Power BI, Alteryx, QlikView, Power Query, SQL queries & other leading analytics and dashboarding tools will be a added benefit in profile
