Associate Director - Contract Management - Pharma

Desirable for the role:

- Specific Expert knowledge in specialist process area.

- Contract law qualification with multiple years' experience in application and deployment in contract law changes and updates.

- Organisational change and program management experience.

- Awareness of tax and pricing models

- Knowledge of current and emerging pharmaceutical pricing pressures and approaches.

- Knowledge of royalty agreements both receivable and payable related to divestments and join ventures.
