Associate Director - HRBP Consultant
Role and Responsibilities :
- We are seeking a Consultant (Associate Director) for our People Consulting Practice.

Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement policy and process aligned with client need and people strategy.
- Operate as the territory HR SME to guide client leadership and HR stakeholders by providing high level of advisory services and curated HR product offerings
- Analyze ambiguous and unstructured information to develop and implement policy recommendations for clients
- Deliver strategic priorities within strict timelines with relevant attention to detail
- Anticipate stakeholder needs, develop and discuss potential solutions
- Strong ability to work flexibly - managing changing and competing priorities and absorbing new information rapidly to address complex issues.
- Strong ability to build effective working relationships, ability to influence with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels and to work collaboratively to achieve objectives.
- Manage conflict and sensitive issues to achieve positive outcomes
- Develop change management strategies for client engagements :
a. Coach client and project team on change management principles and their practical application in a project context
b. Develop and deliver training assets related to the change management plan (e.g. training slide decks, job aids, video shorts, FAQs)
Experience and Requirements :
Required Experience and Skills :
- 15-20 years' consulting or Core HR experience as HRBP, HR Operations coupled with COE experience like Learning & Development, Talent Management
- Preference will be given if there is exposure to Business / People Transformation experience and programs
- A passion for building and nurturing strong relationships, both with clients and colleagues
- Exceptional attention to detail, passion for quality and accountability and a proactive approach to work
- Experience directing meaningful process and strategy improvements that demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to work creatively to address client requirements
- Superior communication skills with the ability to communicate with stakeholders, work closely in a collaborative team environment and lead teams and project deliverables
- A strong track record of scoping and delivering people and change consulting services; with experience of most of the following capabilities :
a. Culture transformation
b. People / employee strategies
c. Organisation design and development
d. Capability development, learning and/or leadership development
e. Communications and stakeholder engagement
f. Development of change management strategy or plans
Preferred Experience and Skills:
- Experience in having set up or scaling up Global Capability Center
- Experience in delivering projects that cover the full life-cycle of Assessment, Design and Implementation support
Qualification and Certifications :
- MBA - HR / MSW / MA IN Social work
- Certifications in SPHR / GPHR is an added advantage ( but not necessary)
- Certifications in MBTI, 16 PF, DISC is a plus
