We are looking for qualified Online Community Managers to join our marketing team! Ultimately, you should be able to act as the face and voice of our brand and manage all community communications. If you are a self-driven and ambitious tech-savvy professional we would love to meet you! We are expecting you to be experienced in social media, PR, and promotional events.

Job Description:

Looking for a data driven, problem solver with a strong understanding of communities and what keeps them ticking!

In this role, the individual will get the opportunity to drive initiatives for the entire Future School teacher community spanning Coding, Math and also Music.

Note - This is a leadership level role with team of community managers and senior managers reporting

1. Strategy and Analytics:

i. Take ownership of setting and implementing communication campaigns


ii. Own ideation of events to build and engage the community

iii. Initiate innovative campaigns to engage the community effectively and measure success through data and analytics

2. Obtain feedback and gather ideas from the community through real conversations. Boost community interactions and conversations, engagement

3. Get insights on the real problems, communicate correctly and work towards attaining solutions

4. Work in sync with the team to get superfluous outcomes on engagement

5. Cross-team collaborations for maximum footfalls on company-wide teacher events

6. Efficient usage of communication platforms to get desired results in terms of event participation

Skills Required:

- Design and execution of effective communication campaigns

- Knowledge of tools required to measure campaign effectiveness along with the ability to bring a data driven approach to decision making

- Team management

- Impeccable Grammar

- Creativity and the ability to develop original content

- Attention to detail

- Excellent Communication Skills

- Ability to work with data

- Prior team management is a must

- Knowledge of social media, copywriting, excel and data management skills will be appreciated.

Community Manager duties and responsibilities :

- Hands-on experience with social media management

- Plan, Organize and manage events to boost brand awareness

- Coordinate with Marketing, PR, and Communications teams

- Set, plan, and implement social media and communication campaigns and strategies

- Develop a content plan

- Provide engaging text, image, and video content

- Build relationships with customers online

- Respond to customers in a timely manner

- Liaise with Development and Sales departments

- Respond to customers in a timely manner

- Build relationships with customers, industry professionals, and journalists

- Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends

- Strong Content expertise

- Experience in managing content and creative teams

- Experience planning and leading community initiatives

- Ability to identify and track relevant community KPIs

- Excellent verbal communication skills

- Excellent writing skills

- Excellent interpersonal and presentations skills

- Hands-on experience with social media management

- Ability to interpret website traffic

- Knowledge of online marketing

- Attention to detail, critical-thinker, and problem-solver

- Degree in Marketing or relevant field
