Role : Associate Director -Commercials and contract Management

Location : Bangalore /Noida/Chennai

Key Responsibilities :

- Contract Extract Development

- Contract Execution

- PL Analysis from T&T to Steady State

- SOW and Change request management

- Financial Trending in account or set of accounts

- Briefings

- Team Management

- Reporting of financial dashboards

- Risk Flagging

- Milestone measurement

- Revenue and Margin leakage measurement

- Executive Interaction : Support creation of insights and presentations for Executives

Basic Qualifications& Desired Skills/Experience :

- Post Graduate or MBA

- Experience in handling multiple senior stakeholders (client/organization leadership)

- Previous experience on commercials and contracts ( highly preferred )

- Understanding of IT Infrastructure Services Industry

- Ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing

- High level of motivation and commitment

- Ability to operate and deliver independently without significant oversight
