Key Responsibilities will be : - Looking after overall Client Management + Account Growth. - Lead & Convert open briefs working along with the Sales team and Servicing Lead. - Manage a team to ensure Smooth Campaign Execution. Additional Responsibilities : - Broaden client relationships with efficient ideation providing kickass concepts. - Strategizing on monthly influencer marketing plans to meet brand objectives basis the client brief - Spot opportunities to engage clients with the new ideas. and grow account engagement. - Grooming and managing the team to ensure effective deliveries of campaigns and client satisfaction, including assigning and managing workload of team members. - Review and recommend improvements to client engagements and campaign strategies. - Create a seamless workflow between clients and the execution team. A GREAT Fit would be who has : - Overall work experience of 6 years in PR / Digital / SMM Agency background. - Experience engaging with Top Brands and Decision makers is a plus. - Strong interpersonal skills and great presentation skills.
