- Identify, develop, and manage client relationships; deliver a suite of services and products catered to the client's requirements
- Negotiate & structure transaction proposals that cater to the client requirements and meet their broader investment objectives
- Act as the primary point of contact and overall relationship manager for those clients. Support the client wherever possible & be the first port of call for those clients. Deepen relationships with existing clients.
- Team handling experience
- Client segment: Corporate Treasury, Retirement Trusts and Endowment Funds, Government Business.
- 14+ years of work experience, should have existing relationships in the market.
- MBA, CA, CFA preferred
- Understanding of broader economy - global and local, knowledge of capital markets, various asset classes
- Experience in investment/financial services
- Ability to decipher client psyche and risk profile
- Ability to think BIG, High on integrity, passion, ambition, initiative & drive, Entrepreneurial mindset
- Relationship management skills, interpersonal skills, collaborative, excellent communication skills, team player and ability to work independently
