Associate Director- Capital Projects (B Tech & MBA)

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Actively support leadership teams on opportunities for business development - Having experience in dealing with the C-Suite and Senior Management, ability to start relevant conversations and develop/ maintain relationships

- Should have the capability to lead teams and develop capabilities within the team as per business requirements

- Execute engagements on Project management advisory services in multiple domains (project planning, tracking, monitoring & reporting, budgeting & cost control, project processes & systems, project reviews & assessments, contracting support& contract management) and ensuring service quality.

- Develop and maintain knowledge repositories and share assignment specific learning across teams.

- Create and support development of innovative approach and methodologies for improving quality of delivery, cost & time optimization, risk management and other

- Project Management functional knowledge and practical experiences in managing large infra/ industrial and real estate projects

- Sound technical knowledge and domain expertise; can include experience in different facets of Project management for Infrastructure and/or Industrial projects (Roads, Urban Infrastructure, Hotels, Hospitals, Buildings, Railways, Civil Aviation, Ports/ Waterways, Power generation & transmission, mining, steel, aluminium, petroleum, real estate developments etc.) including- Planning, monitoring & reporting/ or,- Construction, quality, EHS & Commissioning- /or,- Procurement, Contracting & Contract Management/ Project reviews and fraud analysis-

Experience in using Microsoft Excel, Power point, Primavera/MSP, Autocad and other emerging trends in the field of capital projects.

Education and Experience (Academic Criteria):

Essential:

1.B.E./ B. Tech in Civil/ Mechanical/ Electrical

2.Working knowledge of Autocad, MS office applications (Excel, Powerpoint, Word) and Project Management software (Primavera, MS Project etc.)

Desirable:

3.MBA/ PG with specialization in Project/ Program/ Construction Management

PMP or Prince2 Certified

Essential Skills:
