Associate Director - Business Intelligence & Analytics - eCommerce

As a Associate Director - Business Intelligence & Analytics, you will be responsible for working closely with teams across the company to understand their data requirements and developing solutions that allow them to make data-backed decisions.

What you will do:

- Leading a team of BI and Analytics professionals

- Managing and maintaining ETL processes

- Managing the enterprise data warehouse

- Leading the team that builds reports and produce analyses and visualizations that directly impact the business

- Driving operational excellence within the company with data-backed decision

- Analysing online/offline marketing campaigns with insights on performance

- Setting goals and driving the roadmap for the business intelligence team

Desired Candidate Profile :

What you need to have:

- Hands-on experience and strong problem-solving ability

- Ability to identify key areas of improvement by understanding business processes and analyzing data

- Strong analytical skills

- Strong experience in SQL

- Ability to write complex queries involving multiple tables using join etc.

- Experience in python (pandas, NumPy, etc.)

- Experience in visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, Spotfire etc.

- Experience in statistical modeling (e.g. linear regression, logistic regression, clustering analysis) using R/Python is plus

- Eagerness to learn new techniques and methodologies related to data science to come up with innovative solutions
