Associate Director - Business Transformation (HR Transformation)

Responsibilities:


- We're looking for agile, high-performing talent with a background and experience in leading large-scale transformation programs to join our Transformation CoE team based in our new and vibrant Global Capability Centre (GCC) in Bengaluru. This team works with people across our various functions & businesses globally to drive our enterprise initiatives to enable business outcomes, performance, and transformation.

- We are looking for proven transformation specialists with the ambition and capability to build a world-class Transformation CoE function. You will bring your expertise, creativity, and transformation capabilities to solve complex business challenges, and possess strong influencing and people skills to engage and inspire diverse global teams to deliver real business value.

- As part of a modern, Transformation function delivering world-class service, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills to progress in your career while working in a diverse and culturally rich environment with some of the best and brightest in the field.

- You will be a trusted advisor to stakeholders. You will be shaping and executing their business transformation agendas. You will help them navigate their largest strategic initiatives and most critical problems at the intersection of business and technology, including digital disruption, enterprise transformation and innovation, global operating models, sustainability, value management, and more

This role will allow YOU to deliver business outcomes to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:

- Lead and drive the execution of strategic projects / initiatives

- Support the end-to-end management and oversight of complex programs, within schedule and resources.

- Develop, maintain, and manage customized project plan tailored to requirements, outlining deliverables, milestones, critical path items and actions.

- Track project progress and provide regular updates to key stakeholders, highlighting risks, and providing sufficient project details, metrics, and assessments as warranted.

- Build & Maintain solid relationships with HR and cross functional stakeholders.

- Lead end-to-end HR transformation programs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and successful delivery of outcomes.

- Collaborate with cross-functional HR and business teams to drive process improvements, technology implementations, and cultural transformation initiatives.

- Monitor program performance, identify risks, and proactively implement mitigation plans to ensure successful program delivery.

- Engage with HR leaders, employees, and stakeholders to communicate program progress, solicit feedback, and drive alignment towards transformation goals.

- Leverage HR data and analytics to inform transformation strategies, measure impact, and drive evidence-based decision making within the HR function.

GCC Transformation CoE Bengaluru:

- We are looking for professionals with these skills to achieve our goals. If you have them, we would like to speak to you.

- 15+ to 23 years of relevant work experience

- Bachelor's Degree required; MBA from Tier 1 preferred

- Prior consulting MBB or Big-4 with global transformation experience is highly desirable

- Proven track record of delivering transformational change on multiple large-scale programmes

- Ability to inspire cross-functional, virtual, global, and diverse teams

- Proven ability to deliver results in a complex /global environment and to solve complex business and process problems

- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management, (e.g., persuading and influencing skills)

- Proven problem-solving and negotiation capabilities along with a process-focused perspective.

- Consulting mindset with impactful storylining and presentation skills

- Comfortable working in a matrix hybrid environment, dealing with ambiguity

- Flexible to work in different time zones, as per business needs
