As Associate Director - Business Finance, you'll work alongside professionals across financial reporting, business finance, treasury, and taxation, teaming up with experts across departments.

What You'll Do:

- Partner with Business Leaders: Work closely with the business unit, actively participating in day-to-day operations and strategic planning.

- Financial Planning: Develop robust, bottom-up financial plans in collaboration with business and technology teams.

- Performance Tracking: Monitor key financial and business metrics, analyze variances, and drive corrective actions by creating visibility and accountability.

- Ownership of OKRs & AOP: Co-own the business unit's OKRs and build the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) to align with strategic goals.

- Revenue Cycle Leadership: Direct policies, initiatives, and operations around revenue optimization and business development.

What We're Looking For:

- Experience: 8-10 years of experience, with at least 7 years in Business Finance.

- Education: 1st attempt Chartered Accountant or Postgraduate in Finance from a tier 1 college.

- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to collaborate across teams.

- Leadership: Should have led a team of managers and senior managers.
