Associate Director - Business Finance - BFS

- Manage end to end business finance for the company for a vertical in the organisation

- To business partner with other functions to drive profitability

- Our client is a leading start-up backed by marquee investors.

- The company has grown exponentially in the last few years & and looking to hire fast-tracked individual to lead
their business finance.

Description :

- Evaluating the business on various financial parameters

- To drive the P&L for the business unit

- Business partnering with various cross functional teams

- Track and measure key financial and business metrics

- Regular reviewing of plan v/s actual

- Preparation of financial plan for the business

- Lead the planning, budgeting, forecasting for the business

Profile :

- CA/MBA tier 1 with 4-6 years of experience.

- Excellent communication

- Candidates with prior experience from FMCG/Retail/E-commerce/Start-up preferred

- Strong experience in Business finance, FP&A, business partnering & commercial finance

- Prior experience in M&A & IR would be an added advantage

- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
