Associate Director - Business Development - Clinical Research Firm

- To ensure continuous growth of all the business verticals by adding new clients with approach for Clinical Operations (full scope trials) & Data Services (Scientific Writing & Communication, Clinical Data Management, Bio statistics).

- Create a strategy for enhancing business opportunities through entering newer lines of business, geographies and markets, for next phase of business growth.

Our client is one of the leading Clinical research organisations in the industry and has operations in India, US and Canada market for clinical trials and studies.

Description - 

- Ensure a healthy order book for the current and subsequent financial years by winning new and potentially annuity business through full scope studies.

- Focus on maintaining the pre agreed profit margins and revenues targets.

- Ensure productivity and motivation of team members towards organisation level goals.

- Analyse and present win-loss reasons to management

Profile

- Preferably post graduation in marketing with a background of Science/Medicine.

- At least 15 years of overall experience in developing business and account management and a minimum of 5 years in clinical research and Data services domains.

- Experience in due diligence, solution identification, feasibility assessment, client visits

- Experience in cost estimation and pricing for outsourcing and off shoring of processes

- Strong inter-personal and verbal and written communication skills

- Global exposure with decision makers in Life sciences / health care/ Pharma Industry
