Key Duties & Responsibilities:


- Leading business recovery, crisis management, emergency management, contingency planning and disaster-preparedness planning. Providing support and expertise during live events.


- Conducting, communicating, and maintaining business continuity lifecycle planning and business impact analysis. Identifying and quantifying the potential impact of various disruptions and disaster scenarios.


- Monitoring and reporting on the compliance of business continuity processes, readiness, events and exercise results. Supporting businesses in relationships with audit and government regulators on business continuity issues.


- Developing, enhancing and disseminating information on continuity processes, standards and initiatives. Providing support for the development and delivery of training on business continuity.


- Enforces a risk management framework and ensures its application across the organization.


- Oversees the adoption of organization-wide risk management program by integrating considerations or risk into strategic decision-making.


- Recommends technology-based tools and product enhancement to perform statistical data analysis more efficiently and accurately.


- Manages performance of team through regular, timely feedback as well as the formal performance review process to ensure delivery of exceptional services and engagement, motivation and development of team.


- Demonstrated people leadership and team management expertise. Also, helps coach, review and delegate work to lower level team members.


- Build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships Management/Leadership Responsibility: Is management of people a primary focus of the role? If so, how many direct and indirect employees are managed? Do any of them manage a function or process?


- This role will serve as a member of management with direct reports.


- Budget Responsibility: Does the position have responsibility for Revenue, Operating (expense) Budget, etc.?

JD :


8 Years in BCM & Crisis Management - Non Financial Risk related experience


Skills and Abilities:


- Thorough and clear understanding of Business Continuity and Crisis Management.


- Additional know how in Supplier Resiliency, Risk Management (non Financial Risk), Risk and Control Self Assessment preferred.


- Previous experience working in a Investment Banking, Broker-Dealer, Asset Management and/or Insurance firm desired


- Experience in Banking and Financial Services preferred


- Proficiency in MS tools, Visio, Power BI (added advantage)


- Able to demonstrate strong problem solving, analytical mindset, communication, and people management skills.


- Good knowledge of Technology, Risk Tools
