About our Client: Our client is one of the fastest growing start ups in the Indian sub continent. With plans to expand their presence globally and further move to increase their market share in India - our client is looking at very aggressive plans for growth in next 5 years. They are known nationally for their talent engagement and development practices - while taking on board 200 people every month across functions. For this reason, they are looking for an Associate Director Business Finance and Strategy to work along the President - to drive process efficiency and profitability.

Job Description: Reporting into the President, as an Individual Contributor you will be:

- Responsible for Business Analysis and Performance Analytics to best drive profitability Market research, Feasibility studies and Competition benchmarking

- Quasi Functional Head - Functional Analysis for all business verticals to evaluate efficiency and the scope for improvement for the same

- Change Management and Senior Stakeholder Management - Driving Change Management in the organization while Managing and Influencing senior stakeholders

The Successful Candidate:

- You are a MBA from a Premier School with 10-12 years experience

- Currently working with a Management Consulting MNC

- Interacting with and influencing CXO level directors to drive business expansion and refining

- A self starter with the conceptual and intellectual ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

- The role will be completely 'hands on' due to the nature of the business - our client is only looking at humble and grounded professionals with a savvy and influential personality.

- The role would be an exceptional career move for management consultants looking to move to a Business Head role in the next few years.
