Job Title: Associate Director - Bengaluru

Experience: 12 to 15 Years

Education: Any (Post Graduate)

Job Role:

- The incumbent will be responsible for building up a strong & sustainable Quantitative/Qualitative business in India.

- Generate business revenue from CPG & non-CPG clients.

- Ensure a high quality execution and output to clients from the team members as well as execute work in locations that are yet to be established in India.

- Responsible for the achievement of revenue and profit targets and for the disciplined execution of jobs

- Training and coaching teams on the job, besides supporting the teams in planning and analyzing the studies.

- Work with the Qualitative & other Worldwide teams to propose seamless solutions for our clients? market needs.

- Establishing a Client-Service Excellence culture with the teams

- Responsible for output of the team's service delivery.

- Supporting the CEO India in building corporate reputation, particularly in what regards quality, client service and deliverable excellence.

Candidate Profile:

- Post graduate in any stream

- Excellent communication skills

- Candidates with experience in handling FMCG and Consumer Durable Clients
