Job Description:
Role Overview:
The Associate Director of Brand Marketing will be responsible for leading the global brand marketing strategy and brand communication efforts. This is a highly strategic role that requires experience in both B2B and B2C marketing, with the ability to drive impactful campaigns and initiatives across multiple regions.
The role includes leading global conferences, events, and webinars to amplify brand presence and drive customer and partner engagement.
The ideal candidate must have strong experience in global brand marketing and communication and should be adept at managing cross-functional teams and external agencies to ensure consistent messaging across markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Global Brand Marketing & Communication:
- Develop and execute a cohesive global brand strategy across all touchpoints of The Panel Station.
- Lead brand positioning, messaging, and tone of voice to ensure communication consistency across regions (B2B & B2C).
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to align brand messaging with business goals.
- Own global brand identity development and compliance.
Global Conferences, Events, and Webinars:
- Plan, manage, and execute global events to boost brand visibility and engagement.
- Handle logistics, budgeting, and post-event analysis to ensure ROI.
- Oversee promotional assets, landing pages, and event-related communications.
Campaign Management:
- Lead integrated marketing campaigns for lead generation, customer engagement, and retention.
- Measure and optimize campaign performance against KPIs.
Digital Presence & Content Strategy:
- Lead digital marketing initiatives across websites, social media, and digital channels.
- Oversee content creation for blogs, webinars, and social media.
- Align content strategy with SEO and performance goals.
Stakeholder Management:
- Work with internal leaders and business teams to align brand marketing with business priorities.
- Manage agency/vendor relationships and deliver world-class brand experiences.
Required Platforms/Tools Knowledge:
- Marketing Automation: HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot
- CRM: Salesforce, Zoho CRM
- Analytics & Data: Google Analytics, Tag Manager, SEMrush, Hotjar, Tableau
- Social Media & Paid Ads: LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads, Google Ads
- Design & Content Tools: Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma
- Webinar & Event Platforms: Zoom, GoToWebinar, Eventbrite, Cvent
- Project Management: Asana, Trello, Monday.com
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Brand Awareness Metrics:
- Global brand recognition and share of voice in B2B/B2C
Event Success:
- Attendee count, engagement metrics, and event-driven leads
Digital Engagement:
- Growth in followers, engagement, website traffic, campaign performance
Content Performance:
- Content volume and reach, SEO improvements
Brand Consistency:
- Global compliance with brand guidelines and messaging consistency
Qualifications:
- 12+ years of experience in brand marketing and communication
- At least 5 years in a global role
- Proven B2B and B2C marketing background
- Strong project and event management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Experience leading cross-regional and cross-functional teams
Preferred:
- Experience in Market Research, SaaS, or Tech industries
- Familiarity with panel-based or customer engagement platforms
