- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize partnership performance and deliver superior value to our customers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven track record of success in senior leadership roles within the banking, payments, or fintech industry.
- Extensive experience in building and managing strategic partnerships with banking institutions, with a strong network of industry contacts.
- Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels.
- Deep understanding of banking products, services, and regulatory requirements, with a focus on payments and financial technology.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
