- Manage the sales activities for our LMS-LXP platforms / L & D solutions to governments organizations,, PSUs and other public undertakings
- Lead business development by identifying the right influencers, maneuvering oneself through complex organizational setup to get to the final decision maker(s).
- Identifying and building close relationships within the government/public sector landscape including but not limited to various skilling development bodies and organizations to identify RFPs/RFIs in the public ecosystem.
- Individual should have strong capabilities to conduct all online / in-person solution demonstrations and carry our presentations to prospective leads with an aim to explain the complete solution offering.
- Use existing relationships to grow business with new departments/verticals and do account management with current organization to cross sell other Disprz services.
- Write commercial proposals and lead commercial negotiation with clients.
- Achieve sales goals and be able to work independently.
- Collaborate with internal resources to drive larger sales and opportunities.
- Work closely with internal teams of Disprz to prompt timely collection of receivables from our customers.
- Lead our participation in promotion events like roadshows, conferences and media showcase events.
- Maintain strong customer relationships throughout the customer life cycle.
- Build the DISPRZ brand in the government landscape with high level representations in all given activities.
