Details about the Position:

Position: Associate Director - Applications

Location: Mumbai

Report to: Director - IT

Requisites:

- 12 years+ relevant experience on relevant technologies such as .NET/JAVA, Salesforce, Mobility, etc.

- Significant experience managing and leading Application development teams (both small & big) across global locations, diverse functions

- Extensive experience in planning, budgeting and allocation, implementation and administration, including Solution design for complex Applications Development project

- Project management experience in managing large and complex development projects spanning across multiple geographies

- Strong applications development and architecture background

Responsibilities:

- Manage the activities of a unit that is comprised of Application specialists and contract staff involved in new roll outs and support.

- Works on highly complex business issues that have significant impact on the enterprise, and across enterprise processes and functions.

- Oversees application life cycle planning, including Development Project Preparation, Blueprinting, Realization, Go Live and Support.

- Oversees development projects, including project planning, resource allocation, steering committee leadership, and team organizational structure management

- Measures and guarantees quality of all development deliverable in terms of timeliness, budget and reliability.
