It is a leadership position.  Role and Responsibilities:  - Develop business amongst developers, banks, investment firms, etc  - Grow and manage a team of consultant who can carry out strategy, feasibility assignments  - Establish work processes for deliverable preparations and quality reviews  - Lead client management and assignment management through the valuation team  - Should have strong relationships with local developers, banks, etc  Educational/Professional Qualifications:  - Graduate degree   - Post graduate degree, especially in finance or valuation studies, an added advantage but not a necessity  - Professional Membership of RICS, Indian Institute of Valuers etc would be a significant advantage  - Since this position is in Bengaluru, substantial experience of working locally, at a mid to senior level position
