Job Title:- Associate Director - Marketing & Admissions

Location: Bangalore, India
Work Experience:
7+ years of marketing experience with the last few years in digital & event marketing, leading high-performance marketing teams. Experience in Education Management / EdTech is highly preferred.
Your Job Responsibilities in this Role:
- Lead the development of an annual admissions strategy to meet enrollment goals
- Build & manage a team of highly effective marketing professionals
- Develop effective marketing campaigns to attract prospective students
- Plan and oversee event planning, execution
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing initiatives
- Analyze data to inform decisions around admissions, marketing
- Manage budgets for marketing initiatives
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of all initiatives
- Prepare reports on the progress of initiatives
- Hold yourself and the teams you manage accountable for defined outcomes
