Associate Director - Accounting/Reporting - US GAAP - Shared Services

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP/IFRS.

- Oversee month-end and year-end closing activities, including reconciliations and financial statement preparation.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory and tax requirements.

- Manage and improve internal controls and accounting policies.

- Coordinate with external auditors and support the annual audit process.

- Analyze financial data and provide strategic insights to senior management.

- Lead and mentor the accounting team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

- Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

- CPA, CA, or ACCA certification preferred.

- 8+ years of experience in accounting and financial reporting.

- Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and regulatory compliance.

- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).

- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
