As a Associate Director, Account Management will play a crucial role in driving customer success and growth by managing relationships with key clients in the SaaS sector. You will lead a team responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, account retention, and revenue expansion through cross-selling and upselling efforts. You will work closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to meet the evolving needs of our clients in the fast-paced Fintech ecosystem.
You will be responsible to:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key client stakeholders.
- Develop a deep understanding of clients' business models, strategies, and goals to position the company's SaaS solutions effectively.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services and products to increase revenue within existing accounts.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute account growth strategies, ensuring long-term client success and retention.
- Oversee onboarding processes to ensure a smooth, value-driven customer experience from day one.
- Manage escalations and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex client issues swiftly.
- Stay current on trends, challenges, and innovations within the Fintech and SaaS space.
- Leverage your industry expertise to advise clients on market conditions and future-proofing their business using our solutions.
Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or similar roles, ideally within SaaS or Fintech.
- Proven track record of managing enterprise-level accounts with a focus on revenue growth and retention.
- Experience leading and scaling account management teams.
