Job Description:

Sourcing Strategy Development:

- Develop and implement strategic sourcing initiatives across various categories aligned with organizational goals and objectives.

- Continuously evaluate market trends and industry best practices to improve sourcing strategies.

Supplier Relationship Management:

- Identify, evaluate, and manage key suppliers to ensure long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.

- Conduct regular supplier performance reviews and ensure compliance with contracts and service level agreements (SLAs).

- Address and resolve supplier performance issues or disputes.

Cost Optimization:

- Drive cost reduction strategies and identify opportunities for savings through effective negotiation and supplier management.

- Implement cost-effective sourcing solutions while maintaining or improving quality and service standards.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

- Work closely with internal stakeholders (e., finance, legal, operations) to understand sourcing needs and ensure alignment with business objectives.

- Lead cross-functional teams to implement sourcing strategies and achieve procurement targets.

Contract Negotiation and Management:

- Negotiate contracts with suppliers, ensuring terms and conditions are favorable and risk is mitigated.

- Ensure all contracts are compliant with company policies, legal requirements, and regulatory standards.

Market Analysis and Reporting:

- Conduct thorough market research and supplier analysis to assess market conditions, pricing trends, and potential risks.

- Provide regular reports and updates to senior leadership on sourcing performance, cost savings, and supplier performance.

Team Leadership:

- Lead and mentor a team of sourcing professionals, providing guidance and support in their professional development.

- Ensure the team is equipped with the necessary tools, skills, and resources to succeed in their roles.

Risk Management:

- Identify and mitigate sourcing-related risks, including supply chain disruptions, vendor performance issues, and market volatility
