Responsibilities :
Primary :
- Be able to create and maintain a pipeline of leads based on the target parameters set by the organisation
- Conduct ongoing market research to identify opportunities and map prospects
- Identify initial level leads and/or prospect customers from databases, past clients and web search
- Identify key stakeholders and relevant decision makers in the prospect accounts and categories
- Map their activities and interests, key achievements, and other relevant information
- Prepare a detailed record for identification and qualification of leads
- Reach out to key stakeholders and decision makers through LinkedIn, Social Media, Mail and/or Call to introduce our service and establish need
- Maintain a living document with progress updated daily and for timely follow up. File/CRM to be updated on a daily basis for discussions within the pod
- Liaise with the Growth expert on a regular basis to handover qualified leads
Secondary :
- Collaborate, communicate and engage within the Pod to ensure optimum customer engagement and contribute to creating a great place to work
- Monitor events and news to keep the team abreast of key changes with existing or potential clients/new ways to engage with them online and offline
Requirements :
Need to have :
- 1-3 years of Digital sales experience in selling software solutions, preferably involved in concept selling
- Experience in mapping and engaging decision makers at the enterprise level
- Must have handled revenue targets or lead qualification targets and achieved the same
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
- Experience with CRM tools like ZOHO / Freshsales / Salesforce, etc.
- Sales reporting and forecasting ability
- Excellent eye for detail
Good to have :
- Experience handling sales in SMB and Enterprise accounts
- Prior work experience in a Tech startup
- Domain experience in HR Tech and HR Automation is a bonus
- Experience working in teams or with cross functional teams
- MBA with a specialization in sales is a bonus
