Position Overview:

The individual will play a crucial role in supporting the development and execution of our brand strategies. Working closely with the Brand Manager, you will contribute to various aspects of brand management, marketing campaigns, and communication efforts aimed at enhancing our brand presence and driving growth in targeted markets. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and a passion for motorcycles and the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Brand Strategy Support:

- Assist in developing and implementing brand strategies aligned with company goals.

- Contribute to defining brand positioning, differentiation, and value proposition.

2. Marketing and Campaign Coordination:

- Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, social media, traditional).

- Coordinate advertising, media relations, and promotional activities to amplify brand visibility and awareness.

3. Product Launch Assistance:

- Assist in planning and coordinating product launch strategies to ensure alignment with brand identity and market expectations.

- Support the organization of brand events, including trade shows, exhibitions, and customer engagement activities.

4. Brand Communication Assistance:

- Contribute to developing compelling brand messaging and communication materials for various stakeholders.

- Help maintain consistency in brand voice and messaging across all communication channels.

5. Market Research and Analysis:

- Assist in conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.

- Support the gathering and analysis of consumer insights to inform strategic decisions.

6. Collaboration and Coordination:

- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product Development, and Design to ensure brand coherence and alignment.

- Assist in building and maintaining relationships with media, influencers, and industry partners.

7. Administrative and Project Management Support:

- Provide administrative support to the Brand Manager as needed, including budget tracking and project coordination.

- Assist in managing timelines, deliverables, and project milestones related to brand initiatives.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

- Previous experience in marketing, brand management, or a related role within the automotive or motorcycle industry is advantageous.

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.

- Enthusiastic team player with a proactive mindset and willingness to learn.
