The Associate OR Deputy General Manager is responsible for the sale of our client's Offerings and solutions in the Enterprise Software Product Development Life Cycle, Enterprise Solutions, IoT, Analytics, CRM, BPM, EDT & Other Emerging Technologies Area to new & existing clients in the BFSI Vertical in India. Experience in BFSI vertical in Indian Territory would be an advantage.
Responsibilities:
Expand sales within the region by locating & winning new license and services opportunities at enterprises in the territory
Directly manage & grow Existing & New Enterprise Accounts for our Software Services
Hunting, Account Mining and Expanding Business in the Indian Territory
Meet or exceed an annual sales revenue quota
Work with existing partners & identify new high quality customers
Generating new leads directly with prospects
Pursue leads provided by partner organizations in the assigned territory
Networking with technology groups, user groups, and partner contacts in the area
Identify the need for engagement of supporting client resources in accounts to secure the win Generate customer proposals
Generate and deliver custom presentations, based on company standards, to customers & partners
Participate on project kickoff meetings
Must maintain professional knowledge and relationships with the Partner ecosystem
Preferred Skills/ Experience:
Ideal candidate must be self-motivated with a proven track record in selling of Application Services, preferably related to Software Product Development Life Cycle, Enterprise Solutions, IoT, Analytics, Cloud, EDT & Other Emerging Technologies Area. Comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly
Expanding customer base. Candidate must be organized and analytical, adept at working independently and in a team environment, able to gauge project size and complexity based on similar engagements, and able to handle multiple priorities.
B.E. & M.B.A. Degree in Computer Science, Engineering and Business Administration respectively or equivalent preferred
10 to 15 years of relevant experience in technology sales (preferably technology service sales)
Proven success in achieving or exceeding sales quota in the BFSI Industry Vertical
Should have selling experience in Indian Market
Should have worked in Global Service Delivery Model with Tier-2 Service Companies
Strong presentation and communication skills
Verifiable Experience Writing, Negotiating and Closing $1M+ Contracts
Ability to quickly adapt to and understand the business model and common challenges
Proven solution and service selling to large enterprise accounts
Experience gathering and documenting client solution needs
Experience navigating companies of varying sizes to reach decision makers, including C-level
Ability to build and expand the Sales Team, if necessary with Aggressive and Successful Sales Personnel.
Ability to work independently; work under pressure and meeting deadlines
Ability to demonstrate analytical thought process
