Associate - Credit Research - Fixed Income & Bonds

Key Responsibilities: (not limited to)

- Identify and conduct a critical review of macro and fixed income (IG, high yield) market trends globally which in turn helps in generation of actionable investment ideas

- Creating high quality marketing material, conveying the investment ideas in clear and crisp language

- Working with Hong Kong, Singapore, and European teams in a coordinated approach to brainstorm ideas

- Co-ordinate the publications with Marketing, Compliance, and various other teams across the value chain

- Timely update of list of issuers/tactical ideas which are identified as key tactical investment ideas across major markets

- Help respond to queries from internal stakeholders in a professional and timely fashion

- Client holding account analysis

Skills and Qualifications:

- University degree in Finance, Economics, Management or similar

- Minimum 4-5 years relevant experience

- Excellent research skills, with previous experience in direct / supporting fixed income investment & advisory functions (preferably either on: US, Europe or China/HK)

- Understand Macroeconomic fundamentals/market trends across global markets and how it leads to financial cross-market spillovers across asset classes preferred

- Proficient in Excel and Powerpoint

- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills

- Strong Analytical skills with high attention to detail

- VBA knowledge preferable
