Corporate Strategy & Investor Relations Associate

Experience: 2-5 years

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 2-5 years of experience in investor relationships, financial modeling, and deal structuring.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Strong ability to build relationships, and communicate effectively with leadership-level stakeholders.

- Strong in metrics and attention to detail.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills: Ability to analyze client requirements, identify solutions, and address client challenges effectively.

- Result-oriented and self-motivated: Able to work independently, take initiative, and drive results.

- Bachelor's or master's degree: Relevant degree in finance or business administration.

Responsibilities:

Manage investor reporting:

- Prepare and deliver regular investor reports, including financial performance, key metrics, and market updates.

- Gather and analyze financial data to create insightful reports for investors.

- Ensure reports are accurate, timely, and aligned with investor expectations.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect necessary information for reports.

Oversee company metrics:

- Monitor and track key performance indicators to evaluate the company's financial health and progress toward strategic goals.

- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize and communicate company metrics.

- Conduct regular analysis of metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.

- Provide recommendations to improve performance based on metric analysis.
